DriveClone

You’ve probably, at some point, already suffered having lost loads of data because of an issue that wasn’t detected on time and have regretted not having a backup copy of your most valuable files.

There are a whole bunch of programs out there to try to avoid this, although very few with the characteristics of DriveClone.

DriveClone is a tool that specializes in making complete backups of your hard drive, or of partitions you may have on it.

To do this, DriveClone creates a compressed file that takes up considerably less space than the whole drive and lets you save it on any extractable device, or on another hard drive, so that it’s easy to recover if any unexpected issue threatens your computer.

Finally, it must be pointed out that DriveClone doesn’t work from Windows, and that when running it, the program itself will restart the system in order to start up independently.
